By visiting, browsing, or submitting information through the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

2. Description of Service

JetzLoan is a loan connection service — not a lender, broker, or financial institution. We provide a platform that connects consumers seeking personal loans with a network of third-party lenders and financial service providers. We do not:

• Make lending decisions or credit determinations
• Guarantee that you will be matched with a lender
• Guarantee that any lender will approve your loan application
• Set loan terms, interest rates, fees, or repayment schedules
• Provide financial, legal, or investment advice

All loan terms are determined solely by the participating lender and are subject to their individual underwriting criteria.

3. Eligibility

To use this Site and submit a loan request, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi)
• Be a legal resident of the United States
• Have a valid Social Security Number or ITIN
• Have an active checking or savings account at a U.S. financial institution
• Not be prohibited from using the Site under applicable law

Our service is not available in all states. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability in your state.

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a loan request. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable federal and state law. JetzLoan reserves the right to refuse service to any user who provides inaccurate information.

5. What Happens When You Submit a Request

When you complete and submit the loan request form on this Site:

• Your personal and financial information will be transmitted to one or more lenders or financial service providers in our network.
• Those lenders may perform a soft or hard credit inquiry to evaluate your eligibility.
• You may be redirected to a lender's website or contacted directly by a lender via email, phone, or SMS.
• Receiving a loan offer is not guaranteed. Approval depends on the lender's criteria.
• By submitting your request, you expressly consent to be contacted by JetzLoan and its lending partners by email, telephone, or SMS, including through auto-dialed systems, at the contact information you provide, even if your number is on a Do Not Call registry.

6. Loan Terms and APR Disclosure

Loan products offered through our lending network may have an Annual Percentage Rate (APR) ranging from approximately 5.99% to 35.99%, depending on the lender, your creditworthiness, loan amount, and repayment term. Actual APR may vary. Loan amounts typically range from $500 to $50,000 with repayment terms of 6 to 60 months.

Example: A $10,000 loan at 18% APR over 36 months would result in monthly payments of approximately $361.52 and a total repayment of $13,014.72.

JetzLoan does not charge you any fee for using the connection service. Lenders may charge origination fees, late fees, or prepayment penalties — review all loan documents carefully before signing.

7. No Guarantee of Results

JetzLoan makes no representations or warranties that you will be matched with a lender, approved for a loan, or receive funds. Results vary based on creditworthiness, income, state of residence, and lender availability. Past performance or approval for other users does not guarantee your approval.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of JetzLoan LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Site using automated means
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site
• Use the Site on behalf of a third party without their authorization

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JETZLOAN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JETZLOAN LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JetzLoan LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
